Verification badges indicate that a user has completed the respective verification steps. They do not constitute a background check, endorsement, or guarantee of identity by Let's Get Coffee.
By opting in to phone verification, you consent to receive a one-time SMS verification code at the phone number you provide. You acknowledge and agree that:

Espresso Beans are a virtual currency within the App used to perform certain actions, including but not limited to:
New users can earn 10 Espresso Beans by completing onboarding. Additional beans may be earned through:
Espresso Beans may also be purchased through the App via our payment processor, Stripe. All purchases are:
Beans may be deducted as penalties for certain behaviors, including:
Users receive one free forgiveness pass every 90 days for the first penalty incident.
Espresso Beans have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or redeemed outside the App. Upon account termination, all beans are forfeited.
The App allows matched users to schedule in-person coffee dates. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of the content you upload to the App, including photos, text, and profile information ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Let's Get Coffee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
All content provided by Let's Get Coffee, including but not limited to the App's design, graphics, features, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Let's Get Coffee is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your profile, matches, messages, and date history will be permanently removed. Purchased Espresso Beans are non-refundable upon account deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Users who receive penalties for repeated date cancellations or no-shows may be temporarily locked out from sending new date invitations:
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the App. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Let's Get Coffee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Let's Get Coffee and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
